Impersonation and running a process that interacts with the desktop

Hi,
I want to run a program from within a webpage which that will show on the server. I know that everything runs as the asp.net account. So, I used impersonation to run the process as the local user. The problem is that it does not show on the desktop. In the task manager the process is running as the local user. I appreciate any comments.
