Hi, I have a really strange issue with ftp'ing in asp.net
I copied the code that's supplied in many places on the internet for ftp'ing a file to a different server & the ftp works fine. HOWEVER, the file that got put on the new server cannot be viewed for a few minutes...It also cannot be copied, etc. It's kind of like the ftp finishes, but doesn't "release the file" or something like that? And, then, eventually, it gets released? It's an html file I'm ftp'ing, and if i try to access it at it's new locations, I get a 404 error. But, I do see it, when I explore the directory of that new server.
Has anyone else had this strange issue?? Is it related to the asp.net ftp code? Or, a setting on my server?
