If you go to whitehouse.gov and go to the "Our government" tab and click on "Resources," you'll see several links to external sites. And if you click on any of these links a window will pop up saying "You are exiting the White House Web Server." I want one of these exit pages on my website. How do I create one? I look at the source code of the "Resources" page, and all the links look just like regular HTML to me. How are they doing this?
