Is the following normal behavior?
checkbox control OnCheckedChanged event does not fire when checkbox is checked or unchecked by user if javascript is disabled in the browser. when the submit button is clicked, the OnCheckedChanged event fires first, followed by Submit_Click.
If javascript is enabled, OnCheckedChanged fires when the checkbox is checked or unchecked.
Following is a test page. But on my website I need to have the OnCheckedChanged event set properties of other controls and I would like to be able to do that with javascript disabled and before the submit button is clicked.
