Mail problem

hi friends,
   Firstly i will introduce me. for more moths i am a member in this forum in the name of "podalau" and that time i am 124 point member. but i could not access my login for 3 months. so come with new id. ok leave it
  Now my problem is i use "password recovery Control" for my password retrieval.

when i upload this to the server i got the following error
