System.web.handler and system.web.cryptography errors (Please help)

Hi Friends,
Need one help. Our site is hosted on windows server 2008 R2. The code is written in .NET for this site. we are getting below three errors. Could somebody please help why this error is coming and how it can be fixed. Please let me know if you need any more information. Thanks a ton for your time and assistance.
