displaying image in grid by using url store in database

Hi,
im working on  feature in which user can upload his/her image to the server, while uploading the image is stored at specific folder at server side and its url goes in database.

now I want to display image in datagrid, using the image url which is stored in the database.
and also im facing one problem like, when i upload the image,  for the user convinence i display the image after uploading in one image control on the spot . So here if i store the image in root directory than it is okay image is being displayed but if i store the image in specific folder image does not display properly
