I am working on a project and I want to access user information namely for getting the UserID to stick in other tables in the database for refering. I don't have any ideas how to do so, I have been doing quite some research and found nothing.
Could anyone give me some ideas on how to solve my problem and maybe show me some examples. Since I have only used C# for programming this far C# would be preferable.
Also I would like to ask although it is not very relevant to this thread, I would like to know if there is any way I can "merge" my aspnet database which contains all the membership information etc. I have been using the CodeFirst approach and would like to only have one database for the projéct so far.
