on my website - ASP.net with VB.net
i am using the different login controls to allow users to login, change password, view certain pages when logged in using the memberships and roles, etc...
it all seems to work fine, EXCEPT, when I log out, i am taken back to the home page (which is ok), BUT if I click the "Back" button on the browser, then I am taken back to whatever page I was looking at before and still logged in.
so it seems that my log out is not a TRUE logout because it is allowing me to still get to pages that i cannot normally get to when I first open the browser. So when i open the homepage for the first time, and attempt to manually type the URL for a page that is control by memberships and roles, then I am correctly redirected to login first, on successful login, i am redirected to the page i tried accessing in the first place.
Again, all works with the exception that once I logout, it seems that behind the scenes ...
