Response.Redirect not working redirecting to same page

I am using Response.Rediect to redirect to an other page as show below

Response.Redirect(System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["SiteUrl"].ToString() + "Third/",false); it is working fine in the local but in server the page is not rediecting to the intented page instead it loads itself.

How to fix it?
