I'm trying to do the simplest authentication I can by just declaring in my web.config something like what is below (with a login control doing authenticate event).
seems that because localsqlserver is defined in machine's web.config it always tries to call that.
How can I supress it trying to call a database? I don't have rolemanager enabled.
I feel like I figured this out once, but just can't remember how I did it.
