Server.MapPath(string Path)....Urgent

Hi frined I need to connect to the server and I need to store uploaded file to the disk on the server..

for that I am using like this..

FileUpload1.SaveAs(Server.MapPath("E:\\ssame folder\\folder1\\folder2" + fileSaveAs));

here I am getting error as.. Its not valid virtual path..

this E: dirve not on the Local system.. its on the remote system drive..

Can any one tell me how to fix this problem
