Accessing values in Datatable Issue

I have a datatable set up in my isPostBack function of my page_load event.  I add items to
the datable and then when I try to list the items, i.e...i try to loop through the datatable it is like the datatable is being cleared out each time i add.  I only get the most current item that has been added.

Any ideas???
