Action' is not a member of 'System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlForm Error

 I have this code in my code behind and get the error 'Action' is not a member of 'System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlForm'

This page has a master page to it.

   Protected Sub Page_Load(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Me.Load
        If Not Page.IsPostBack Then
 
            Page.Form.Action = "http://www..............."
            Page.Form.Method = "post"

        End If
    End Sub

  I have another page without a masterpage hooked to it and it works

Any ideas?
