asp.net after page load

hi friends. i want to web site like codeprocect, csharpnedir, csharpcorner. and share articles about asp.net, c# ,oracle,java..... and some of diffrence

for example user choose an article and display it. the main part for artcile is article file, body and head. other parts(i want to do) article point, author point, about author and fotograph, message from user about article and author's one of other articles.
my problem. when page load user only see main part(article body, head, file). after page load and when user can look article. other parts loading.and user see loading image for all other part.
so page load quickly. and after page load less important parts begin loading.
is it possible to do. and how?
