Microsoft SQL 2005 Error 1603

I receive an error 1603 every time I try to install sql 2005. It errors on the native client. I tried to uninstall, but since it never installed there is nothing to remove. Same goes fr the cleanup tool. I am a bit disheartened at the moment since this is my last resort. No one else seems to have had the same problem as me yet... Or if they did they managed to find resolution without much trouble. I will include the error log and pray someone can help me. I am trying to install it for the Dragon Age Origins ToolSet to work. I also tried version 2008 of the sql with the same error...
