Dynamics GP

I was running Check Links on the inventory module in Dynamics GP ver 10.5 when I got the following error message; "A save operation on table 'SY_File_Maintenace_Error_Log'(45).  Under more info button it says "Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.SY03400'.'AK1SY03400' in database 'HOLL' because the "PRIMARY' filegroup is full.  Create disk space...."
There is 10GB of space on the server for a 4GB database file.
Can I delete the dbo.SY03400 table without destroying our Dynamics data?
Will this fix the problem?
