Getting a random value out of a collection

I have a collection and would like to pull out one record at random, how can I do this in C#

System.Collections.ObjectModel.Collection<Model.DeceasedInfo> di = BLL.DeceasedInformation.GetDeceasedInformationByUserID(userID);

Random random = new Random();

and then?????
