Error executing child request for ErrorURT.aspx.

Hi Guys,
Am doing transfer to another page and just displaying the message in that page.
Server.Transfer("ErrorURT.aspx?ErrorMsg=URT Lite Calculator is not available for cases before 02/08/2010", false);
In ErroURT.aspx page,

lblErrorURT.Text = Request.QueryString["ErrorMsg"];
But before going to that page itself it is throwing error message as

"Error executing child request for ErrorURT.aspx".
I dont know why it is not even going to that page_load().
Please help asap. Its very urgent.
