I followed the install links and I expected to install MS SQL Server Management Studio so I can write my SQL statement, stored procedues, views, etc. But instead, I see Import/Export Data, Configuration Tools (Configuration Management, Error and
Usage, Installation Center). I don't see where the Management Studio is or how to start it. What am I missing? ...
