Even though the Express Edition is not for production environment, I am testing my application with a copy of production database. For a minimum of 15 concurrent connections, the database performance went poor and records retrieval started hanging.
I want to know what is the limitation of SQL Server Express 2008 R2 in terms of this minimum load. Is there any way to tune this up?
