How to update datagridview in vb 2010 express?

Hi everyone. I would to know the code on how to update the content of the datagridview?I am using vb 2010 express and SQL server 2005 as my database. My scenario is like this:
1. I've searched a record by Last Name that starts by 'K', the result in the datagridview will automatically pass to the textboxes.
2. When I click the Edit button, all the textboxes are now enabled=true.
3. My problem is, after making some corrections on the records, I don't know how to pass or update the content of the datagridview, by the way here is my code for the UPDATE button.
