In asp.net 3.5 asp:Menu question:
I've got a bunch of menu items, some are wordy and they reside in a small space. I've enabled wrapping, but I want to be more precise in how the wrapping occurs.
Ultimately I'd like for the text of a long item to appear as follows (let _ indicate a space (0x20).
"Here is a very long wordy menu item". I'd like it to appear like
Here is a very long
____wordy menu
____item
Right now I'm struggling with 2 things:
the items are displayed like this:
____Here is a very
long wordy menu
item.
As you can see, I want the beginning of the item pulled left ( style: text-align:left, in the asp:Menu element does not do this).
2ndly I'd like the wrapping lines pushed to the right (of this I am clueless).
I do have the padding between items under control.
Any advice?
