I've been asked to upgrade from 1.1 to 3.0, How does this process occur.
The most recent version of Visual Studio I have is 2005. I can't use web developer but if necessary and ONLY if necessary i can obtain newer version of visual studio.
Does anyone have a walk through of the process or can give some explanation on upgrading from 1.1 to 3.0???
