Can anyone please help out,
There is a visual source safe database for the team to use for a asp .net project, the project is such that we have to login to the server(I was added as a user to the server, using remote desktop) and work on the c:/projects/proj1 to perform the necessary actions.
Today I logged onto the server, opened the proj1 through the visual studio and said Get Latest Version,and I said replace the copies on the c:/projects/proj1(the working folder was pre set for my account) with the copies from the source safe data base.
The problem is there was a file which was checked out like 7 months back by someone and never checked back in everyone in the team were working around this file making sure not to get the latest version, so after I got this version I am getting all kinds of different errors related to missing references.
My question is does the c:/projects/Project's (physical) content the same for every user ...
