Trying to display profile properties as label.text isn't working. Why?

Can anyone tell me why this code doesn't work? I have confirmed that each profile property referenced in this code contains a value (and I can see the value when I step through the code) but only the last value (Preferred Name) displays on my form.  I've been pulling my hair out over this all day and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.  Thanks for any help I can get.
