I am currently building a database(s) in SQL Server EXpress 2005. I have built queries through excel to import data into a spreadsheet. The queries are set to a limited amount. For now we will use the value of 5000.
However, when I refresh the data into the spreadsheet, all the data is obtained filling up all of the spreadsheet. What can I do to make sure that only what I choose to pull is what is transferred? I have tried using the criteria area of
ms query, but I am not having any luck. The data is polled by the minute and is transferred by value, date, name and tag index. I am trying to pull only a 24 hour window into the spreadsheet. Any help would be appreciated.
