Will SQL Express 2008 sp2 be fully functional (no known issues) with only .net4 present (no earlier version of .net present)

Hi, I have a question. Will SQL Express 2008 sp2 be fully functional (no known issues) with only .net4 present (no earlier version of .net present). I have gone through follwing posts which says its possible http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sqlexpress/archive/2009/12/09/sql-server-express-and-net-4.aspx but I want to know if the above thing remains for Final release of .Net Framework 4.0 or not.
On this post (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlexpress/thread/5ab19e18-9081-499a-8b68-e5d5d3567809/) Krzysztof Kozielczyk, says its possible with certain limitations. It would be great if you could provide some information for this. any help is welcome in advance.
