Internet Explorer cannot display Webpage

Hi,

 

I am very confused. Ive created a page that uploads a .txt and saves it onto my server and then imports all the fields within it to my SQL DB. It worked perfectly last week, but all of a sudden does not work.

Browsing for the file is not a problem(I am using the FileUpload component), but when I click on my import button it give the error :"Internet Explorer cannot display webpage". BUT, if I click on the import button or even any button, before selecting the .txt with the FileUpload control, then (obviously) nothing happens, but does not give the error(Which is obviously useless) but this is just to explain what happens.

This is happening locally and with the uploaded web application. I am using VS.net(vb) and IE7.

Any ideas why this happens?
