Server Control with Entity Object binding

Goal: I need to create a Server Control, which reads “display data” (Panels, RadioButtonLists, etc.) from a XML configuration file and read/write data into the Entity object.
Let me create a sample project (ASP.NET Server Control Project) with a Control named as "SurveyControl". Content inside the SurveyControl need to be divided into two levels - display and data Display format should be loaded from a XML file, which might look like an example below.

Data should be loaded from an Entity-Object (created from MSSQL table – named “Survey”) and properties of it need to be bound to typical ASP/Telerik controls (RadTextBox, RadioButtonList, etc.) I do not have a big problem in parsing XML configuration, rendering beautiful output, but unfortunately I’m not able to create nice and shiny binding source with my Entity Object.
