How to insert data to Treeview control from database

I want to make a menu used treeview control.so I can get data from database,I want to see in treeview.
My database: Tablename: Menu,Field: Id,ParentId,Title.
How do see this table in treeview
Example:
--Main menu1 -- id is 1,parent id is null

        -- sub menu1 -- id is 3,parent id is 1

        -- sub menu2 -- id is 4,parent id is 1
