I have never worked with ASP prior to attempting to create this User Input form with validation . Though I have spend countless hours and days trying to research and figure this task out and am now stuck and frustrated. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using expression web to create the files
Hosted on GoDaddy Server: Operating System: Windows; IIS Version: IIS 6.0; .Net Version: ASP Net 2.0/3.0/3.5
I've created two files (they're just temporary names until I can figure this out):
AATestFromASP.aspx (the actual form)
ASPformEmailResults.asp (the code to pull data from the visitor's input and email it to me.
I will follow this post up with the code I've written (which obviously doesn't work)
The validation works perfectly
But when I input data into the form on localhost I receive an error "HTTP verb Post used to access path XXXXX is not allowed)
