I'm somehow new to asp.net, I've found a free asp.net hosting, and made my index.html, I'm using C# to develop asp.net, I'm going to use sql server as my database engine for asp.net, how and where should I create my database? using Visual Studio wizards? (create MDF?) or using SQL commands? how should I upload my asp.net site? is there any step by step guide? any easy tutorial?
