add controls dynamically version 2

Dear all,

Now I will add the code to dynamically adding controls to the formview.
But I have three problems.
(1) Adding controls will add to the end of the page. How can I add in the area under the add button?
Is it necessary to create some containter which statically defined in the formview to store the controls.

(2) In my code below, When I click add button several times, previous textboxes will lost.
How can it be appended below previous controls? as number of controls added is undefined,
no defined number set initially.

(3) In the vb code, it is invalid to set ctrlTextBox1.runat = "server".
Which properties I can set in vb code? is it defaulted to be run at server? if not,
How can i set these to be run at server?
