Sendmail fail in Create User Wizard problem

Hi all

I am actually trying to capture and set some behaviour should when a user be created the mail fail to send for any reason e.g timeout or no response from amil server.

Currently when I click create user a user is created in the database, then the e-mail is attempted to be sent.

Upon failure in my send mail fail method I delete the created user and display a warning label as below shows:
