norwegian character in XML

 Hi friend my website saving Norwegian character in database, I user nvarchar field for it. In database å converted into &a.
So when I am creating XML file it showing me &a at the please of å. But I want to display å there.
Let me know what is the solution.
Here is my code
 string XMLPath = "~/UserCMS/Language_" + LanguageID.ToString() + ".xml";
string fileName = HttpContext.Current.Server.MapPath(XMLPath);
DataSet ds = ReturnPageContent();
