I know that this problem has already been posted here many times but...so far no solution has been presented...
THE PROBLEM
SQL Server Express 2012 does not want to install on my Windows 7 - I install it with all default options and every time, at the of the installation process I get message "Wait on the Database Engine recovery handle failed. Check the SQL Server error
log for potential causes."
The log show error 17190 (SSL problems) etc.
I have seen some "solution" to this error on this forum but none of them works.
What's funny: I just have instaled SQL Server Express 2008 on the same computer without any problems.
So what is wrong with 2012 version?
Does anyone have solved this problem?
