File uploads from HTML page

Hello All,
I have a requirement to support file uploads from a HTML page. But I have not been able to find the Request object which contains the uploaded data.
If my form only contains:
<form action="myuploadpage.aspx" method="post"><input type="file" name="inputFile"><input type="submit"></form>


How to I capture the uploaded file stream in my aspx page?
