Hi, I have implemented both the role provider and the profile provider on my test site.
Some pages are accessible by anonymous users and some require a purchase
before content can be accessed. Some pages allow access, but content is not displayed, if the user has not paid for the content.
Does anyone have an opinion about whether roles should be used for this access control versus the profile provider? It seems the profile provider is more suited for
a situation where a high level of detailed control is required but... I am not sure of any other rational for choosing the Roles method vs the Profile method.
