I don't understand why I am getting this error with the name attribute of principal permission.   I am doing the asp.net tutorials for security and it is used in them.  I have also seen this attribute used on the msdn site.  I don't understand what I need to do to not get the error.
In the tutorial they use PrincipalPermission.  I have also seen this as PrinicpalPermissionAttribute which is the way it is used on the msdn site.  I tried it both ways in the code to see if this was the cause.  This neither caused a new error nor fixed the existing error.
Can someone please tell me what I need to do to correct this?
