I have a site that stores documents in their native format including some Linearized PDF Files (Fast Web View).  These are large files (~200-300 pages) and I would like to take advantage of the Fast Web View setup where the first page loads, then the second, third...
If I just create a link to the page the file loads the way I want it too, one page at a time in order allowing the user to start reading before the file download completes.  I am trying to avoid having to move the documents or change the way the system works currently for the other file types.
I have tried a few variations of the following and every time it waits until the full file is downloaded before displaying it.
if(FileType == "application/pdf") { Response.ClearContent(); Response.ClearHeaders(); FileStream fs = File.OpenRead(FilePathPrefix + FilePath); ...

Go to the complete details ...
