Controls Inside Are Not Visible in the C# code

Hi, I'm having trouble with my webpage. I made two asp textboxes (<asp: TextBox runat="server">) and an ASP button. These are to upload a file to my website, and these controls are inside a <LoggedInTemplate> control. I wanted to write a C# button_click event to update some XML, and save the files to a folder on the website. For some reason, the controls aren't "visible" to the C# code. They show up when you log in on the webpage, but the C# code doesn't recognise them, or any controls inside the <LoggedInTemplate> tag. Here's the code (.aspx)
