Custom MemberShip for 25 coloumns

Hello Sir,
I have problem using custom membership.If U help it will be appriciated.
In my project i m using custom membership for user ragistration page there is approx 25 coloum.
I am sending scripts of my database table. I want to customize membership according to that please see the scripts.
can I use custom membership for these table.
