how to retain values in a webform

friends,

I have two listboxes, user can move Items back n forth between these two boxes.

my questions, When user comes first time he/she moves some items to right and vice-versa and clicks submit button.

but when he comes second time to this page again after three four days I want him to see all the item of listboxes in the same boxes where he left them on his last visit. I dont want him to see a brand new refreshed page where he have to start again.

please advice. thanks
