hi all...how to upload and download an excel 2007 file with macros into sql 2005.
i have office 2003. here...if i upload an excel 2007(xlsx) file by vb.net to sql server 2005... and download the same..when i open the downloaded file i get an error "Converter Failed to Open". but the same file i can open before uploading. i save it as bytes in sql server 2005. using binary writer and giving mime type i download the uploaded file. the code holds good for (xls) file.
