How to create report for hour to hour basis using C# with datetime functions.

Hi,
  I'm workin on quiz application, it almost done. Now I would like to create report for hour to hour basis. So, I need to create report with every daily how much messages we received for questions, and how much we reply within hour to hour.
  Anyone can help me to achieve this... Every feedback will greatly appreciated.
 
For Example,
1. 00:00  - Count of messages ( within 1 hour)
2. 01.00 - Count of messages ( within 1 hour)
3. 02.03 - Count of messages ( within 1 hour)
