Maintain state for dynamic controls when refresh the page

I am creating few controls dynamically in each row when click the add row button using Web usercontrol. Someway I able to maintain the state for all controls when postback occurred.

But when I refresh the page, I could not see the any controls which I created before refresh page

Could someone help me on this?
