Populate random secueiry question and answer

I am in process of creating reset-password page using asp.net/C# with ADAM/LDAP.
IN this page I have following 3 fields
username
security question (display only)
security answer
We have two custom attributes in ADAM for Security Question and Security Answer, both the attribute have multi-value entry. there will 3 security question and security answers in their respective attributes. So first item in security question have answer in security answer first item.
Now I need to display security question randomly, and accordingly I need to validate its answer, how can I do this?
Secondly I also want to allow user to insert/update/delete security question and related answer in these attributes in different page. How can I do this?
