Capture Email Response

Hello Gentlemen,
Greetings  To All Of You.............
I need an advise/suggestions on Capturing the email response from Asp.Net Application.  My Application has been designed to send emails, email contains the 'Accept' and 'Reject' Buttons. Once the email is send to user, he can Accept/Reject it , Could you please advise, how can it be fullfilled?   Thanks in advance.....
