help with persisting a users credentials with a cookie

 
  I am new to this.
 
I have an app with  login control and it has the checkbox 'remember me' and when I click it, It does not remember me at all. Everytime I run the application in Visuial Studi, even if I just stoped debuging 1 minute before, I have to login again and again and again every time I run the application to debug it.
 Why?
